Audrey graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and obtained a Master of Laws in 1994 from University College of London. She practiced as a solicitor in London upon her admission to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales in 1993. From 1995, she was engaged in litigation work as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Audrey then practiced as a solicitor in Hong Kong for the next 12 years from 1997, and was engaged in a wide range of litigation matters ranging from professional indemnity insurance and various commercial disputes to family court work and labour disputes. Currently, she handles civil cases of both contentious and non contentious nature. She is also an accredited mediator of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and an associate mediator of the Singapore Mediation Centre.
